Pre and post shares are the same. They are bought and sold under the same prospectus. The only way that could of changed is if they stoped trading or cancelled shares and issued new ones. imo
I have a stock certificate on a different shock that I have owned for a long time and it only has the certificate issue date on it and NOT the purchase date.
