upside is this company will be posting a profit of around $250,000 for the first quarter.

downside is that with a float this big, the few are hurting the majority. i.e. people that bought in at .0005 are not seeing the potential of the company and are selling at .0007

This is not completely bad that they are selling at .0007, cause it is helping the MM cover the short.
