RANT & CHAT - No Politics

I spent most of my adult life (so far) wanting:

1. A backhoe
2. A huge workshop
3. Enough land to justify both of the above

Got 1 and 3 and have been working on 2 for about 2 years now, on and off. Trying to find a crew to finish it for me now. I've given up on trying to do the rest of it myself, with the 30-foot long sheets that need to go on the roof. Right now it's 7200 square feet of concrete with 2 1/2 walls up and no roof sheets. All the framing is up, though.
