So you think the Saudi courts are going to rule against the wishes of the King or the Royal family who control everything that happens in the Kingdom?? (I would suspect that all the judges are also members of the Royal family.)

Saudi Arabia is not the good ole USA - everything that happens there (including the news release about the lawsuit) is well thought out and controlled by the Royal Family and nothing happens by accident. I suspect that the lawsuit was nothing more than a PR leak to get across a point the Saudi's wanted to make to us without directly doing so. Zeev was absolutely correct that the Saudi's are not about to take all their assets out of the US, for there are few alternatives for them. They may at some point move a portion of the assets to add to their European hoards, or to buy gold, but that would be an investment decision, not a political one.
