It's setting up on the 4hr too. Here's something to watch, since the 1hr and 4hr have different setups, the 61.8% number on the 1hr is alot closer to current price than the 4hr but if the 1hr follows through the 4hr is going to show the same thing, THUS, a lower TP should be possible.
