Suezia: The way I figure it, the new regime have made good-faith efforts to distinguish themselves from the old regime. If I believed beyond doubt the new regime was hard set to run CSMG in a way emulating the old regime, I would sell my considerable holdings and never look back.
Despite DR's reported statement of denial, it would make no sense were management to ignore this high-profile CSMG board now five years in the tooth. That's like ignoring a wooly mammoth bellowing in a room. In that vein, there have been posted here direct pleas to management seeking comment on the downdraft not to mention a litany of posts howling with consternation and anguish over the decline. Notwithstanding, the new arguably more open regime has withheld comment save the relay by gotinearly that CSMG has no knowledge of who sold.
Conclusion: The sell-off is not a material event nor a reflection of a material event that is worthy of the company's comment or review.
