I believe Phil always maintained that only Matt was accused of the charges and not Ihub. And that was his pet peeve.

I would like to hear his rambling take on the latest and greatest news to hit ihub since they were very close buddies..

I haven't seen where Phil ever defended Matt's behavior. Do you have a link?
