Jest: I am so glad I found this stock last March, I have learned so much from all of you in this time frame and I feel I have been privy to information most American's would never believe. We are standing firmly in place with each other and as time progresses and we learn even more, we are getting more irate. When we meet in Vegas to celebrate someday, we can all sit back, drink a beer or ??? and reminiss about this case.
I like the idea of looking forward. Things are looking to be coming to a close on this one and soon we wil be heading out to "Sin City!" Thar Confidentiality Agreement speaks volumes, many clients and companies try to keep a "lid on things" lawyers are bound by privilege, along with clerks and judges. What you can't avoid are the prying eyes of a doc recorders or a secretary in some obscure position. i.e UST office, PI's office, etc..
The world will know, because someone will reveal something, everything sealed is interesting, because if we go to trial, it has to all be unsealed. HUM! Also Congress, AUSA, and Senate are now on the case, Jamie is going to have to "grease some palms" to get out of this one. I think silver bracelets and orange jumpsuits will be the order of the day. Bankers are too damn powerful and control too damn much!
