Certainly did not make myself clear. The info that M&B never received from EGK Limited (U.K. subsidiary). How much business is conducted in the U.K. and is that where the money was being held? I believe they had over $10 Mil and hopefully that is all intact. Obviously mangagement was and has been aware of this as it was dated on Feb. 2009 and it has come to a head and needs to be reconiciled(sp). Probably not all gloom and doom but surely some type of write-off coming.
