CHLN is a great long term play...
The PRC has a mandate for the western build out, and tier 2 cities like Xian are the beneficiaries. When CHLN releases their earnings March 16th the numbers, in all likelihood, will be spectacular. Preliminary news of huge pre-sales, key land acquisitions, long term financing have been disseminated already, however, I suspect the final numbers will be even better. The wildcard continues being the fair value assessed on those outstanding warrants and derivatives...
I'm absolutely convinced this stock will fly over the next two years, which is why I've added to my core on every pull back. Besides being *very* long the stock, I also have a bunch of the May 2.50s.
