What does it mean "This home has been claimed by the owner" on that Zillow site, near bottom of page? Could this have been a refi, not a sale, money to pay lawyers, perhaps? Probably not, but wasn't his guilty plea 2/17? So it sold prior to that, the Feds don't get it?
