Yes, they can be pretty confusing at times with a lot of mixed signals. For a basic look at the FTSI to Dow comparision using the iBox charts sometimes works the best. Just remember that the Dow does not Have to follow the FTSI. It just sometimes happens that it will. Interesting that the FTSI turned back down just before 11 AM and the Dow is also finding the Intraday SMAs as Resistance. We will have to wait and see though if the Nasdaq will continue to pull the Dow Up.
