Agree with you here. Filing or PR? Maybe not. They could well argue that they already have had a Def14A filing.
IMO the thing to look for is a presense on the daily list.
They could even try to sneak in on the last update for the day.
In any case you should have a chance to buy once it hits the daily list-
The only question there is will NITE be at $1001 and it be too late?
