It does seem funny that the person on the phone wouldn't give their real name but Fastech's phone number is a Peoria, IL number where Swank's offices are located. They can put all the bids down they want. They don't end up bidding on all of them. Also the amounts listed are for the whole job, not the portion they are bidding on. Hopefully they will put the bid results including the other bids so everyone can see how close the results were.
