I feel that the PSC is selling their 2,000,000 FREE shares !!!

WHY did they get 2,000,000 free shares ? Did someone else need the volume to sell theirs?

be careful when buying a "falling knife"

last .... 1.535 (and selling) million shares, the PPS is at the 200 DMA = .07

P.S.
I am still amazed by RR's open house on March 5th !
