I called the company yesterday 02/04/2010 and left a message with the answering service, I did not transfer to investor relations and said I was inquiring about the website just trying to get some more info on the company.
Today (02/05/2010) I got a call back from a person claiming to be Mark Swank....he told me that the web-site was working fine and asked why I was calling "Are you calling as an inquiring client or are you a share holder or looking into becoming one" I have a hard time lying so I told him yes I am looking into becoming a share holder and everything I can see from the DD I have done looks good from the merger except for not having the current Financials.
His words:
"I can not say much but when we expected to have the financials done is taking allot longer to finish, with all 6 companies bring all there financials together is taking longer, we are using a third party accountant to go threw all the books but what I can tell you, it is in the final stages of completion.
Also I will be sending out some Pr's on new account's we are bidding on and ones we have gotten, this will be mainly for the shareholders to keep them informed.
Thank you for looking into investing in our company and I can tell you that 2010 will be a great year for Fastech!!"
so take that for what you want, he told me he does not return many of the calls they get because or confidentiality but he got this message and felt he needed to return it.
I was in the meddle of working with some clients and felt I needed to answer it, I don't know why me but lets all pray what I was told was the truth.
I live in Des Moines IA and said that in the message so maybe that is why being so close to IL.
