220 right now. I'm dieting down some. Normal range around 230-240 off season.
Flat is more of an ego trip with very little range of motion. Incline builds a nice upper chest while working it's way down and squares off the front delts at the same time giving you a much thicker look. Flat dumbells will shape your chest with better range of motion.
People make the mistake of doing incline after flat because they want that mental fix of being strong. Who cares!! Always do incline first on the very first adjustment hole on the bench and bring the smith machine bar about 1 inch below your chin.
