This is a pink sheet stock so no form 4's need to be filed.
And there are none filed. Nor any form relating to over 5%
ownership. It is interesting Mohlman says they are fully reporting and this stuff is not there.
I have to go back through the filings but of the 52 million shares
I found 38 million issued and unregistered. I want to look for the other 12-1/2 millon.

One would think there is a possibility one could file a tax fraud
notice with IRS and catch someone who has not paid taxes upon obtaining these shares as payment. Even at 10% of the tax due would be a nice number.
Peronally I find PSIG's filings very suspect.
My hope is that when the State of Illinois got the SEC involved
with Sky-King that they truely examine PSIG as well. My bet is they won't. But if Mohlman sues for alledged damages there may be a lot of discovery and the truth can come out.
