Well, if it was my company, I would feel one of two ways. I would either be guilt-ridden for costing people's thousands of dollars and not delivering on what I promised--therefore, I would do everything in my power to make it right. Or, if I thought their comments were not true, I would be thrilled that people were interested enough in what my company was doing to keep talking about it. Think Disney, Microsoft, or Wal-Mart really care about their haters? Think they have grounds to sue for libel and slander? I guess technically they could since anybody could sue for anything, but is that really what they should be focusing on....
