I would like to know if anyone is pursuing legal action against amjc and Nussen for deliberately misleading investors, for example, Isaac Nussen's recent comment that the stock price cannont go down any further (.008), the claim last year that they secured council to look into acquisitions, the purposeful use of convertible debentures while claiming that they value stockholders, and are concerned with stockholder value...
I would be interested in getting in on any law suit.
