What is even more stunning is as of December 2009 there were a touch over 107 million shares outstanding as per the TA. Soon after this was discovered the TA was gagged.


~1.4 million to ~107 million in one year and you have people associated with the company smearing critics in the media for the company's failure while misrepresenting who they are.



The stench is disgusting.
