Mart- If I recall correctly, the financial reports were filed and Pink Sheets subsequently removed its caveat emptor label. The real questions that need to be answered for the stock to move involves the finalization of the $32 muillion funding package. Billy Bob prematurely annmounced the funding before the details (eg. stock dilution, loan guarantees, collateral pledged, default provisions, payback provisions etc), were in place. It obvioulsy isimportant to know who or what group is providing the funding. Certainly if the name is a reputable one the market should sit up and take notice of this micropcap. Once again, the criticism that the company seems to prematurely announce news, or preparations for some future event which fails to materialize, seems well founded. Maybe this time it will be different but the market for the time being righfully treats Senor Petty like the Boy who cried "wolf".
