My experience with Trade Shows over more than 35 years supports what ErOck is saying. There can be a few surprises at those shows, but mostly the players already know who they want to talk to and have their offers and counter offers all prepared for the ones they KNOW they want to deal with. The few offers that come out of left field are a pleasant surprise if they come to fruition. There will normally be lots of wining and dining and talking over drinks. Not many deals made out in plain view of the public at a Trade Show.
