I hope you are right...and you should be... I have just seen some of the "green" groups contest, challenge, and delay the permitting process for other mines...not in CA... I would hate to see a challenge get into some of the CA courts...


I don't expect much opposition as Calif is losing jobs faster than Schwarzenegger and the rest of the libs (both parties) can raise taxes..... They need the jobs, they need the tax receipts, and SUGO will supply a little to both needs..... And I don't think the jackrabbits are going to mind as neither will the sagebrush or cactus.....
