Your talking to someone who has been to many of these shows before, I don't need anyone to explain to me how they are. I never said it was "BS" or "fluff", I simply said I don't expect much to come from the show it self because are own CEO doesn't appear to be spending much time there and he has already got important meetings lined up with interested companies.
I fully expect Ken to meet other people there from other companies and talk to them. I just don't expect a whole lot from the show it self on that front. As I have stated nurmorus times, anything can happen and something might come from that aspect of it. If we already had test drill data or something along those lines then it would be a different story. But we don't right now. The companies that he is meeting with there I believe are ones that are the closest to us. I think there is a good chance Vale, Anaconda, Rambler and others that are near by are the ones who wanted us to be there and really meet us face to face and talk business with us. For these companies, it makes alot of sense since they are very close to us, or in Vales case, completely surrounding us, to talk to us with our with out drill data.
As a result of this, I think our best chances of getting any type of partnership out of this whole event will be from these meetings, not from the show. While you are completely right that there are alot of mining companies there, the only ones that really matter are the ones close to us right now. Your not going to have a mining company thats on the other side of Canada sign a JV with a jr mine exploration company that doesn't have any drill results yet. On the other hand, the ones that are very close to us could very well sign a JV with us since it would be easy for them to do any work on our site. And these are the ones I believe that have already set up meetings with Ken, which is a very good sign.
Either way the show is going to be good for KATX, but the most important thing is for us to get meetings with other mining companies to talk serious business with them, and that is exactly what we have done already.
