As an equity holder here I only see the OEC plan as a win for equity. Negotiating in a BK environment is no win for the debtor. Seems IMHO Mac is looking for a quick and painless end to this 2 year nightmare. Other PP's looking for a bargain and I am not interested in giving my equity away at these levels.
