SUGO - That is good news... Now, how friendly to miners is Inyo, CA? Do we expect any problems obtaining the permits? This has been difficult for several start up miners in different areas.


Sungro's CEO, Mr. Fred Pucillo, stated, "We are excited to finally execute our plan of operation and anticipate a 'normal permitting process' going forward. We look forward to working with the authorities in Inyo County in hopes of having the necessary approvals in the 2nd quarter of 2010." That seems very quick

Also, will this be an open pit mine or will they have to go underground? Do we have any idea about the capital expense?

If all of this has already been rehashed please forgive me and I will go digging deeper (ugh)...
