I spoke to Dr. Walker. Here is current news:
1. No press releases have been issued intentionally as he feels they are pursuing a niche market venture which would only attract the competition, and he does not want to do that.
2. The work encountered in cleaning up the old company financials was more than he anticipated. he will post financials when he can state cleanly Outstanding shares, clean balance sheet and Income statement. He will post to Pinks at that time, but not until his data is clear, clean and accurate.
3. Strong expansion in a primary northeast market/city is anticipated where ONCO is the only licensed ASC provider and major school affiliations will enhance this market potential.
4. He understands everyone's frustration with lack of Press but wants you all to know that this is being done in the interest of the investors. That everyone will know this once the serious announcements begin.
5. He strongly feels that he has a Tiger by the Tail of this niche market partnership and it will be very fruitful, as it will be a unique untapped market.
6. In final, he reassured me that all of his actions that might seem phantom or an unwillingness to reveal are in the interest of the investors, and we will be pleasantly surprised when this ball and new market expansion and partnership is announced.
To all: Because I take the time to speak to and understand Dr.Walker, I have complete confidence and faith that this company will deliver results for all of us. Walker is in my opinion a very high integrity and honest man who will ultimately make all of our investments worthwhile.
