Quite possibly...there are 300,000 advertisers in INCX's exchange and over 225 distribution partners. They cannot possibly know everything about every company with which they are involved. I hope you are not suggesting that every advertiser is telling the truth about their product or every search engine is completely transparent to INCX.
They said they would go on NASDAQ soon, they didn't do it.

Yes, they used to say they wanted to be on NASDAQ, but that has since been removed from the site.
The president says an audit is ongoing but other posters claim IR told them an audit was not going on and the company was going to save its money by _not_ going on NASDAQ.

Quite frankly, one cannot get on NASDAQ without an audit, financial reports, and a $4 share price. How soon is that likely to happen? Pumpers last summer were implying it could happen any moment. They were either utterly deluded or outright liars,as any child could see, and the company should have come down on them hard.
