this stock has never traded like a typical pinky, and the BOD have never pumped it with nonsense PRs every day to keep it afloat like most other pinkies. they have a plan, hell or high water they have been sticking to that plan regardless of the pps, or the complaining of the shareholders... it's going to come to fruition. the funding secured shows just that... they got tired of waiting on the Fed, so they took matters upon themselves to secure money that will allow them to continue forward.
