LONG BEACH, Calif., Feb 16, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach /quotes/comstock/11k!fmbl (FMBL 3,850, -25.00, -0.65%) today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $21 per share on the Bank's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2010 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2010.
