Why are you posting only a PARTIAL filing? The company has to report all events that happened. The applicable event here is the one that happened on November 22:

On November 22, 2009, in a Cancellation of Claims, Disbursements & Irrevocable
Instructions by and between the Company and R. Thomas Kidd, the parties agreed
as follows:

SO the agreement of Aug 26 is DEAD.........z
