300million plus is close IMO...If you take just the boardmark 600+ and say each holder has minimum of 1/2 million shares that give you 300 million+ and..many here has more than 1 million (1-30 million range). If the new 750 million is restricted and EQUS orginal shareholder owns 120 million and say insiders owns another 150million...You have very tight float IMO
