How does failure to file, gagging the TA, raising the AS to 3BB, issuing themselves 28MM Class B shares, being suspended by the SEC, getting nothing for the GFGU shares, giving away the "America's Cleaning Company" trademark, forging Opinion Letters, getting a Wells Notice, bouncing checks, getting sued for breach of contract and hiring criminal defense lawyers "working for the best interests of share holders?"
