sheep, it is one thing for management to say that they are working in the best interests of shareholders

it is another thing for management to actually act in the best interests of shareholders

and a failure to release the current O/S for a year and a failure to file the 10K and 10Q for months would certainly not be considered in the best interests of shareholders.
