Again, if QASP hit a $1.00 IT WAS BECAUSE THEY DID A REVERSE SPLIT.

Some are not understanding what a Reverse Split does to their position.

If a person bought $1,000.00 worth of QASP at .01 they would have 100,000 shares.

After a 100:1 Reverse Split, they would have 1000 shares worth a Dollar a share.

The Value is still worth $1,000.00 (for the time being)

The Problem is, after a Reverse Split performed by a Non-Reporting PinkSheet Share Manufacturer, like QASP, the Company then raises the A/S and O/S again and starts selling shares into the Market again.

As the Share Pool gets more diluted (in this case polluted), and the share price drops drastically. I've seen this hundreds of times.

Don't worry though.

Dean, Dean the Printing Machine will make more for you to buy after he dilutes the PPS back to the .0001's!!!

LOL!

March is coming with a Vengeance.

I've seen Outrageous Predictions such as .20 a share all the way to $1.24 a share!!!

That really is funny to me!!!

LOL!

When March comes and goes with no updates with VALIDATION OF ACQUISITIONS, $350 MILLION DOLLAR LOAN AND ALL THE OTHER BLAH, BLAH, BLAH CRAP DEAN HAS SPEWED, WHAT WILL THE SHARE BUYERS DO THEN?

April?
May?
2001?
2012?
3000????

LOL!

If I were a QASP Share Buyer, I would be upset IF I WEREN'T LAUGHING SO HARD!!!!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA!
