As for companies that actually meet the qualifications for uplisting to NASDAQ, I actually find it somewhat rare that the uplisting doesn't happen. JBII qualifies, so unless they are rejected for some other reason I see no reason not to expect uplisting to NASDAQ or at the very least AMEX. I've ridden more stocks than I can possibly count from OTCBB to uplisting. I actually can't recall a time where it failed when it was planned where they met the initial qualifications unless the stock price fell.
