But the thing we haven't seen here and that I assume we will see is a derivative suit, wherein a shareholder institutes a complaint against the officers....to the exclusion of the company but with the same facts as a basis.


the additional fallout lawsuits will be filed when the SEC decision is disclosed

the law firm will be adding a new layer of lawyers
