If the Float was that thin, I would figure the stock would be a lot higher than it is now given the news out or being speculated on. What was the Float when the SP was over .06 (4X's what it is now) with no $350 million lone pending; no 6 acquisitions pending; no Mineseeker buyin pending; no Tigerfish JV pending?
