** JBII - that's because the same pumper crew that

ran WDAS into the ground, has been pumping JBII for months now.

I unleashed a hornet's nest pointing this out a few weeks back.

2 time convicted felon Richard Roon's Oceanic Consulting LLC, hires these clowns to pump garbage stocks (without disclosure) which then get massively dumped.

So seeing the same clowns pumping JBII was the first red flag.

However...they've been very careful NOT to associate JBII with Oceanic Consulting...in any manner that could be confirmed by others, so one could say these pumpers are working "freelance"...

In essense, JBII is a higher level WDAS, or GTLA...with a little bit more thought and effort put into the pump...

The dump is coming, no question about it, and judging by the 19 PRs put out on friday, it may occur on Tuesday.
If we see massive volume with little price movement, it'll confirm, they used the 19 PR shock and awe move, as their "PAY DAY".

However...this scam could drag on a bit longer...and they could be dumping shares for months before either being shut down by the SEC, or the stock price collapsing once people realize that all of JBII's contracts are paper shells established in the last 4 months, and their "plastic-2-oil" process doesn't work.

Of course...the pumper crew will be there every step of the way, explaining why uplisting hasn't happened, why there are delays, etc.

Oceanic Consulting LLC (run by convicted felon Richard Roon), runs toxic promotions, by hiring actors to flood messageboards with thousands of messages, pretending to be excited investors.
The problem is they provide no disclosure (being paid to post), which is a criminal offense, reportable to the SEC.
The posts consist mostly of excited one-liners, snippets of old PRs, charts, level 2.
The company / 3rd party then dump massive amounts of stock onto any unsuspecting buyers they attract here by their posts.

Stocks promoted by Oceanic Consulting in the past 6 months (according to their site). Most are down > 90% from the time of the promo.

"Investors learn the hard way about hazards of highflying hedge funds

Nidra Capital LP's Richard S Roon faces one year and one day in prison due to mail fraud related to his highflying hedge fund. His fate and that of his investors is indicative of a trend in the fast-growing industry whose reputation has been tarnished by schemes that siphoned hundreds of millions from investors in 1999. The surge was attributed to the rapid expansion of the largely unregulated hedge fund industry and the increased risk-taking by an expanded pool of investors eager to share in the 60%- plus gains produce by top-performing funds. The cases of alleged fraud emphasize the importance of knowing who one is dealing with."
