With all this so called progress that has been made I don't see why it hasn't manifested itself in the PPS. I can only come to the conclusion that dilution and unmet timelines have dulled interest in this stock. If this same pattern of dilution and unmet timelines continues, even an absurd amount of revenue from Berlin won't save the PPS. It's time for Laidlaw to deliver some revenue, enough with the talk and hype, period!!!!!
