When I read that Harrison Ford licensed the rights I thought he was too old to play Crowley 
. I thought the movie seems more like the type to see on TV or at best rent so I didn't rush to see it.
The book was a good read (almost a Novel) but with a lot of behind the scenes dealings of a struggling biotech.

What is also interesting is their drug got shelved by Genzyme and another ERT ended up becoming Myozyme.
BTW, Crowley came out with his own book. I believe he will be at the NJ Costco this saturday doing a book signing if anyone is in the area and interested (and a Costco member).
