I have been thinking about this statement and it would make sense that the total cash in ciculation won't change from the news, but it might change hands? As for as the dealers go, yes they probably all are sitting full of dinars, but in the mean time probably make a sweet living selling without risking their own stockpiles? does anybody have any thoughts on this?
