Zeev, I saw your post to Bacchus and you had mentioned Ericsson in it (http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=464555). They did a Convertible Debenture offering in 1997 and it comes due 5/2003. It was an offer to Employees of 6,000,000 shares. These do not trade on U.S. Exchange. It pays interest of 12 month Stibor minus 1.5%. The conversion period is 11/99 to 2003. I don't remember the exact conversion rate, but the share price is probably

I don't think the current offering is a floorless debenture(http://biz.yahoo.com/djus/020809/200208090916000317_1.html).

I just saw your mention of Ericsson and was curious. I admittedly am far underwater on Ericsson. I believe I am what is commonly referred to as a "bag holder" and the recent "rights offering" just adds to the disillusionment.
