Looks pretty solid...

Retained earnings of negative $54MM as of Apr 05.
Negative cash (5 years ago).
The good news is that they cut their losses from $1.5MM in 4Q04 to $0.8MM in 1Q05.

Thinking I can pick up 5MM shares tomorrow.
