I believe GEO is referring to both Mineseekers Operations Overseas Ltd, and its subsidiary Mineseeker Operations UK Ltd. Both of those entities were referenced in today's PR - not Mineseeker Foundation, which is the website you have provided as a response to his inquiry.

So far I haven't found anything on the web either regarding the companies referred to (above) and from today's PR. Only thing tying them together is Mike Kendrick, Chairman of Mineseekers Operations & Founder of the Mineseeker Foundation it appears, but nothing else.

So I believe GEO's point was to say that he believes the foundation (while being clearly real) is not related to the entities mentioned in the PR, besides of course the use of the ground penetrating radar system technologies that the foundation employs.

I assume those two companies are newly created for this venture of Dean's, so I am not surprised there isn't anything else to be found about them.
