Well, I'm not sure there are any SAFE plays in pennys, but only the perception of safety! I have seen some big movers ,and excitement in some pennies,but then all the dust settles, the king is wearing no clothes. WE are in a high risk -high reward arena here, and the key is to manage that risk successfully, which i sometimes struggle with! But this is what pennyland is all about, we try to stay away from intolerable risks. I do understand what you are saying , but the value no matter what, isn't zero!
