are u sure that wasnt secured, and certain people didnt want to give up their shares....domingo did his job, was upto the board to and the 500m block share holders to approve it...u can blame them if you would like....or is there a reason that domingo is the only one to blame in all your posts....hmmm entertain my thoughts.....
