I think a failure to use a turn signal is terrible, and it is just a habit, one that should be developed.

Part of the reason I think people tend to forget them is the use of turn lanes, but if you don't use that turn signal when doing 65 mph in the center of lane of the freeway when you are getting ready to turn into and in front of my pimpmobile' '80 Doby that is doing about 80 don't get pizzed off at me when I lay on the horn, see my point?
