just because they may find out what occured in regards to the sec investigation doesnt mean it will be admissable in the lawsuit..you are jumping the gun by a whole lot there...theres years to go with a whole lot of legal wrangling and bs to go thru before that lawsuit gets any where near a courtroom..


if it gets to court .. there will be plenty of evidence available to the law firms ..

the issue comes with a civil trial - they either take the stand or take the 5th .. if they lie about the SEC violations and the
settlement .. its perjury .. if they take the 5th ..
they're history ...

at this point .. the insiders of spng NEVER want to see the inside of a court room ... ever!
